The Bank of Time continues to grow in number of workshops and people joining this program of exchange of time, knowledge and services between individuals, among which are foreign citizens such as Russians, Belgians, Irish and Swedes listed in the latest additions.
The arrival of new users implies in some cases the implementation of new workshops, such as the last three workshops incorporated: "Spanish for francoparlantes", given by volunteer Vera Uname, on Monday from 13:30 to 14:00;
"Russian", also given by Vera Uname, on Tuesdays from 6:15 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., and a third "Improve Your Reading", given by volunteer Puri Conesa, on Thursdays from 10:15 to 11:30 p.m.
The three new workshops, which are held at the Banco del Tiempo headquarters, in the Social Services building in Santiago de la Ribera, are open to anyone who may be interested, with the only requirement to be registered with the Bank Of Time, where money does not exist but the time of each as currency of exchange.
