The Plenary held today in the City of San Javier, the first to be held with the new schedule tomorrow, has unanimously ratified the declaration of the completion of the contracts for the concession of installation and operation of kiosks on Paseo Colon in Santiago de la Ribera, awarded for ten years.

The plenary also approved the proposal for a definitive modification of Modification n ° 3 of the Partial Plan "San Blas" with which the legislation is consolidated into two contiguous plots, one for collective use and another for single family dwelling, which are passed on the proposal of the Owner, to become, both in family use, reason why the edificabilidad foreseen in the Partial Plan is reduced, explained the mayor of Town Planning, Antonio Luengo.
The proposal was approved with the votes of the Popular group, and the non-attached councilman, and the abstention of the groups Socialist, Citizens-C's and Win San Javier.
The definitive approval of the Study of Detail of plot 94 of the polygon A of La Manga del Mar Menor in Veneziola, which was on the agenda, finally remained on the table with the favorable votes of the Socialist groups, C-Citizens, Win San Javier and the non-attached councilman, and the abstention of the Popular group.
The reason for remaining on the table was the petition signed by the Socialist groups, Citizens-C's and Ganar San Javier, to incorporate a technical legal opinion of the Secretariat on the Detail Study and the allegations presented to it.

In economic matters, the Plenary approved an extrajudicial file of credits, necessary for the payment of invoices of previous years, for a total value of 92,330.33 euros.
Finally, the Plenary did not approve a motion filed by the Citizens-C's group on the protection of officials who report cases of corruption, through the development of a regional law and a municipal protection framework.
The motion was voted in favor by the groups Ciudadanos-C's, Socialista and Ganar San Javier and the abstention of the non-attached councilman and Popular group, whose spokesman, Carlos Albaladejo agreed with the substance of the motion that he considered "unnecessary" Considering that there is legislation that regulates workplace harassment, in addition to being an issue included in the investiture agreement between PP and Citizens-C's.
