The Mayor of San Javier José Miguel Luengo has announced that the City Council of San Javier will join the Central Hiring of the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces after the meeting held recently at the headquarters of this entity with the deputy director of the Central Recruitment, Adrián Dorta and the general director of the Legal Services, Territorial and International Coordination of the Federation, Francisco Díaz.
José Miguel Luengo explained that joining the FEMP Hiring Center will allow the City Council to obtain economic savings by contracting works, services and supplies offered by the platform according to the contracting agreements signed by the Central with the companies awarded.
Luengo anticipated that the municipal priority in this regard will be the contracting, through the platform of the FEMP, the electricity supply with a forecast to reduce by 8 percent the municipal electricity bill that in 2016 amounted to 1,807,971.53Euros.
He also pointed out that this reduction in the invoice will have to add the reduction in consumption to be achieved through the investment of 5 million euros aimed exclusively at improving energy efficiency
