The Bank of Time dismisses this week the course that closes with a record of new additions, participation, and workshops.
During the last months more than 500 people have participated in one of the 37 weekly workshops given by volunteers, with a wide variety of subjects, as well as in the quarterly periodicity such as laughter therapy, automatization, health and image counseling , among others.
A total of 149 people have been incorporated in this period to the Time Bank of San Javier where a very important part of the volunteering in the municipality agglutinates since any service that is received, like the attendance to a workshop, is paid in time.
The hours earned in this course by the Time Bank have been invested in social needs such as accompanying the elderly or infirm, and new projects such as the one developed with the library "I'm going to read your house", among many other projects and needs That may arise throughout the year.
