The mayor of San Javier José Miguel Luengo said today that "Aidemarcha, beyond a sporting event has become a social manifestation of support and recognition of the work of Aidemar," during the presentation of the 8th edition of the charity race that Organizes the Association for the Integration of the Disabled of the region of Mar Menor, that will be celebrated Saturday 1 of July.
Aidemar sports director Pedro Martínez explained that Aidemarcha, which last year brought together more than 3,000 people, will include a race of 8,000m with different categories and a walking march of 3,000 meters, whose departure, at the height of the Conservatory Of Music of San Javier, will be given at 9 pm, in addition to a Mini Aidemarcha with a route of 600 meters at 8 pm for children up to 12 years.
As usual, the goal will be on the Barnuevo esplanade, in Santiago de la Ribera, where both those who decide to make it walk along the corridors will have a part of the route inside the AGA.
The animation both at the start and in the goal, as well as along the route has been reinforced in this edition for which there will be a total of 268 volunteers who will watch over the success of the call.
The prices of the inscriptions are of 10 € for the runners and 5 € for the walkers.
In addition a Solidary Dorsal has been created from € 5.
Registration online through www.aidemarcha.com will close on June 27 at 10 pm and the collection of riders with the integrated chip will be activated from June 29 at the Renault dealer in San Pedro del Pinatar.
