Mayor José Miguel Luengo met last Friday with representatives of SD Pachanga of San Javier who congratulated him for his triumph in the 35th Jean Boronad Challenge, a veteran football tournament played in the French city Argelès-sur-Mer between a Total of 16 teams, during the days 3 and 4 of last June.
The mayor congratulated them for their sporting triumph and their contribution to the diffusion of the municipality through sport, both in their outings, as in this case to France, as well as in the Torne organized in San Javier for eight years, with participation National and international, as will be the case of the next edition to be held in October.
The SD Pachanga San Javier was formed more than 40 years ago in 1976, a period in which more than 500 football fans have passed through its ranks.
Its goal since then is to play football, organizing championships, friendly matches, and hangouts, in which the social aspect over the competitive.
