The mayor of San Javier José Miguel Luengo and the commercial manager of Iberdrola in the Region of Murcia, Itziar Pérez have signed this morning in the City of San Javier a collaboration agreement between the City and the electricity company whose main objective is to " the cut in the supply of electricity or gas to families of the municipality for lack of economic resources, "said the mayor.
Following the signing of the agreement, which was attended by the delegate of Iberdrola in the Region Patricio Valverde and the Councilor for Social Services Estíbaliz Masegosa, José Miguel Luengo explained the beneficiary families will be detected through Social Services that will pay for the invoices informed to the company of the situation to avoid in the meantime the interruption, or in his case the urgent restoration of the service.
The agreement will also make it possible to speed up the restoration of supply in cases where the suspension has already taken place, as well as the coordination mechanisms between the City and Iberdrola for the management and processing of private individuals in relation to changes in contract ownership, social bond, contract type changes and data modifications.
