Mayor José Miguel Luengo, who has demanded a State Water Agreement and the defense of the Tajo-Segura transfer, has announced that he will attend the Madrid demonstration, together with the councilor for Agriculture, Sergio Martínez, to accompany the irrigators of San Javier.
Luengo also invited all residents who can not move to Madrid and want to show their solidarity with the irrigators to attend the five-minute strike to be held in the Plaza de España, at 12 noon on March 7, in front of the City Council , where a manifesto of support to irrigators will be read.
