Santiago de la Ribera and La Manga count throughout the Holy Week with beaches guarded and served by the Municipal Surveillance and Rescue Service that from last March 24 and until April 2 has four open positions from 11am to 7pm.
In Santiago de la Ribera, Barnuevo beach has a lifeguard and a beach coordinator, as well as an amphibious chair, a boat and a scooter.
It also has surveillance these days Castillico beach with two lifeguards and two amphibious chairs for the disabled.
In La Manga del Mar Menor the Banco del Tabal Norte station is open, where a coordinator and a lifeguard will be located, who will have a quad and a vehicle.
The Mistral beach stand is also open with two lifeguards, a jet ski, a vehicle and a jet ski.
From Monday to Sunday, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., there will be a SAMUR vehicle with two health emergencies technicians in the Tomás Maestre port.
The beach cleaning that is maintained throughout the year will be daily in these days of Holy Week.
