The Councilor for Education, Catalina Pérez thanked the heads of the Official School of Languages ​​of San Javier to open to the entire population their Cultural Days 2018 to be held next week from 23 to 27 April.
The Days offer more than thirty varied activities in morning and afternoon, in the English, French and German languages.
The edile of Education accompanied the director of the School, Maite Alonso and the Secretary of the center, Alfonso Allepuz in the presentation of the Conference "that are held to meet the demand of students for complementary activities to the work of class" , said the director who invited the interested public to participate in any of the activities of the program that can be consulted in detail on the website of the School www.eoisanjavier.org
Along with contests related to literature, for the proximity of the Day of the Book, such as micro-stories, acrostic poems or recognition of texts or famous quotes, among others, there will be activities related to learning the languages ​​taught at the center, such as pronunciation workshops, quiz culture, and conferences with external guests, on topics such as Irish or Scottish culture and tradition, or a poetry recital.
Likewise, a series of yoga, self-defense, poetry, singing, and even cooking workshops have been organized in different languages ​​that will be open, like the rest of activities, to the public.
The director of the center, Maite Alonso, took the opportunity to invite interested people to the open day that the center will hold next May 7 "so that they enter the class and know how it works".
He also reported on an informative session that will take place on May 31 at 6 pm to explain the new teaching system that is incorporated for the next course.
Alonso warned of the advance of the registration period that this year is passed from September to June.
