Sea International University held at the Faculty of Sports Science San Javier, from 19 to 23 July, the course "Future personal professional training", in which professionals from all over Spain will address the emerging figure personal trainer .
According to officials of the initiative, the modern technologies that have erupted in sports centers, have meant that users do not know how to get the most out of the gym.
It is in this context that developed his personal coach, the qualified professional dedicated to the functions of assessment, design and planning of training programs based on personal characteristics of each customer, helping to cultivate habits healthy lifestyles and improve their fitness and contribute ultimately to their welfare.
The activity raises among its objectives to publicize the structure and skeletal muscle, gain knowledge about diet and nutrition, and how to prevent the most common injuries in physical exercise, among other issues.
The course is led by Arturo Diaz Suarez, Dean of the Faculty of Sports Science, University of Murcia, has a duration of 30 hours, and who are registered will be entitled to three free credits.
