The two opposition groups, popular and independent again rejected for the fifth time, the contract documents for the procurement of waste collection services in the municipality, during the plenary session held last night at the municipality of San Javier.

Councilman Utilities, Pedro Javier Muñoz regretted the position of both groups "that they want to kick the government team but do so in the rear of the neighbors."

Munoz denied the allegations of the opposition on the shortcomings of the statement which incorporated both the quality plan proposed by the independent body such as collection.

Muñoz reminded the opposition groups were invited to sit on the jury, which rejected the independent group composition, "although we had no answer."
