Neighborhood Association "Santiago Apostol", Santiago de la Ribera claims the City of San Javier to take the necessary steps to remedy the current state of neglect of Santiago de La Ribera.
After the attempt to create a platform to mobilize neighbors against the alleged sale of the building's Hospital Los Arcos by the Autonomous Community, the neighborhood association wants to denounce the attempt to distraction by the municipality of San Javier on the real problems Santiago de La Ribera.
The disinterest shown by the Municipality of San Javier and in particular by the Lady Mayoress Pepa Garcia to the inhabitants of La Ribera is evident in the lack of response manifested by the presentation more than two months of five hundred and twenty (528) SIGNATURES Neighbor Santiago de la Ribera claiming the City of San Javier to accept the application of related professional services to move the old Health Care Clinic in La Ribera from its current infrastructure damaged, the brand new consultations on the ground floor of the former School Home, that will be vacated by the move to the new hospital to the outpatient's Hospital Los Arcos.
With this rejection by the mayor of San Javier, you lose the opportunity for the related professional services that believes in the desired location for all the neighbors HEALTH CENTER BANK, as we have confirmed by that body the board of the association in meetings for the purpose.
In this case, the mayor can not blame any other authority or body, as it did with the FISH CLOSURE OF MIGUEL, who blamed the decision to Costas, but neither did absolutely nothing to stop it and still does not move a finger to promote its opening, while deciding the future of the building, as we have repeatedly requested the neighbors.
In this state of things, with the streets of La Ribera more neglected than ever, with a promenade that should be the "crown jewel" and yet is in a bad situation by neglect of maintenance of infrastructure with trash and dirt on the streets of our village, intended to bring from the City of San Javier, with leading Socialists at the head office, creating a platform against a non-existent problem at the moment, but for which the local council can take political advantage by distracting everyone from the real problems of Santiago de La Ribera.
Neighborhood Association will continue to demand that our leaders truly address the real problems of our people, as well as promoting and supporting all actions necessary to achieve real improvements in the quality of life for residents of Santiago de la Ribera.
