The beach of Santiago de la Ribera hosts on Saturday April 16 I Endurance "200 Miles San Javier" with the participation of 20 teams from different parts of Spain and countries like Portugal and France, among which are several national champions as Juanfran Murcia Amador Rodriguez or Ferrer.
The competition, which tests the strength of teams of two riders with a distance of more than 360 kilometers, was presented this morning at San Javier by the Councillor for Sports, José Angel Noguera, the director general of Sport, Antonio Peñalver and President of the Federation of Motonáutica of Murcia, Dionisio Baños.
The departure and arrival will be at the beach Columbus, opposite the old Hospital Los Arcos.
The race starts at 12:00
and ends about six hours later, about 18:00 h.

Noguera stressed the importance of this competition, "unpublished until now in the Mar Menor" and invited the public to attend "to this magnificent spectacle as it is viewed from any point on the beach", the circuit will be located just one mile the beach.
The general director of Sports, Antonio Peñalver who congratulated the City of San Javier for the prize awarded to sports management Municipal Sports, at the last Regional Sports Gala, also applauded by Dionisio Bathrooms his management of the Federation "by the quantitative and qualitative change that has experienced the power boating in the region."
Bathrooms Denis explained that this is an endurance test in which drivers are at all times to public view, and they may enter and leave to refuel, change the pilot or mechanical set their discretion or tactical.
