The last plenary session of this legislature in the municipality of San Javier approved this week recovering the administrative public of a local road located in the top spot Houses in El Mirador.
The agreement approved with the abstention of the popular and independent groups and vote for the team calls for a particular government is doing for the exclusive use of the road to restore it to its original condition within 30 days.
The full agreement warns that if not, will the City Council to proceed with the recovery of the road to the town of San Javier.
Socialist spokesman Jose Angel Noguera said it is "the first time that the City of San Javier retrieves a public road."
Noguera said he hopes that "a precedent since it seems that there is often overlooked that appropriate public roads, taking part of it or preventing the passage through fences."
The municipality of San Javier has 350 publicly owned roads classified as rural roads cataloging commissioned by the City Council in 2009 to an external company.
The study, which includes detailed photographs of all roads, revealed, explained the Mayor, "the existence of some busy roads and crops, others have been closed or even individuals have virtually disappeared."
The listing of publicly-owned roads in the municipality of San Javier, will, Pepa García then explained "as a legal basis to recover and recognize rural roads throughout the municipality for the use and enjoyment of all citizens."
