The Official Language School of San Javier represented by its director M ª Angeles Martínez-Abarca and Antonio Maojo participated in the 12 to 16 May in the seventh meeting of the Association of Learning "Intercultural Dialogue to Develop a European Identity Among Member Status" held in the French cities of Saint Gaudens and Luchon, both close to the Pyrenees.
The Grundtvig project, developing the Learning Partnership, began in 2008 with 7 partners from Spain, Ireland, France, Finland, Poland and Czech Republic with the aim of improving relations within the European Union on the basis of cultural dialogue .
The host in France was "Atelier des Cultures" whose activities are related to intercultural dialogue and improvement of living together in the community.
In particular, the Official Language School of San Javier shares the teaching of languages ​​that also features the Atelier des Culture, such as French for foreigners, Castilian and English.
At the meeting of France's partners bring hands-on exercises developed so far along the project with the ultimate goal of developing a resource bank for use in class.
The next and final meeting of the Association of Learning will be held from 10 to 15 June in Finland.
