The Association of the Spanish Association Against Cancer in San Javier Solidarity March held its second next Sunday May 29, departing at 11:00 pm
from Piazza San Javier Spain and finishing in the esplanade Barnuevo of Santiago de la Ribera.
The mayor of San Javier, Pepa García accompanied Ana Ruiz, and Carmen Ceñal, president and member of the local branch of the Spanish Association Against Cancer, this morning during a presentation at the Council of this initiative which they hope to gather at least 1,500 people.
The march, which last year brought together 1,200 participants of all ages will be "a smooth running walk that covers most of what older people can participate as much as children," said Ana Ruiz who made a mass invitation.
The numbers to 5 euros are being sold in shops in the area, and the festival office.
The day of the march will open vending tables of numbers in the square in Spain 2 hours before the start.
The back includes two tickets one for a drink on arrival, and another for a commemorative shirt.
In addition to the arrival on the esplanade Barnuevo 3 bikes will be raffled.
The president of the local, Ana Ruiz said the funds raised will go to the regional bureau of the Spanish Association Against Cancer for the conduct of their daily activities especially in prevention, diagnostic tests, volunteers, speech accommodation and research grants.
