A woman aged 60 aproximadmente, died this morning while bathing on the beach in Colon, Santiago de la Ribera, municipality of San Javier.

The 1-1-2 received, at 09:13 hours, the call several swimmers who have brought the water to a woman who is floating in the water and unconscious on the beach in Colon, Santiago de la Ribera.

The place came an ambulance and Intensity of Care Unit Murcia Health Service, in addition to local police in San Javier.

Despite resuscitation performed by emergency medical services, nothing could be done to save her life.
