Santiago de la Ribera, who lived about a month ago summer's carnival gives the starting signal and the organization of its carnival next year 2012.
The commission, which currently organizes one of the most massive carnivals throughout the Region, has published its traditional bases poster to announce its popular carnival.
The poster, the representative image of each edition will be posted ahead of the International Tourism Fair of Madrid (FITUR) and serve as advertising for a year, this festival will close again a resounding success.
The posters will be collected at the tourist office of Santiago de la Ribera, either by mail or by physical presentation.
The deadline will be Monday December 19, 2011 and the prize is 300 Euros in cash.

BASES
1 .- Participants: Open to all who want it.
2 .- SIZE: Papers will be presented on poster board and measures shall be 50 cm.
X 35 cm.
3 .- TECHNICAL: Free.
4 .- The posters should include the following label: "CARNIVAL 2012 - SANTIAGO DE LA RIBERA" (not included, as in previous editions, the shield of the council)
5 .- PRESENTATION OF WORKS: At the Tourist Office in Santiago de la Ribera, Social Club located on the Prince of Asturias.
The last day of deadline for submission is Monday, December 19, 2011.
May submit up to two drawings per participant.

6 .- ID: Manuscripts should be submitted unsigned and sealed in a separate envelope by adding the author's name and data, numbering in the Office of Tourism, to surrender, the envelope, drawing, and communicating to the participant number in that contest.
7 .- JURY: The jury is composed of the Carnival Committee and other designees.
8 .- PRIZE: The prize is three hundred Euros (300 €) in cash.
9 .- The jury's decision is final.
10 .- The winning work will become the property of the organization.
Such property includes all the inherent rights to self-reproduction, distribution and transmission as appropriate, taking into account the Intellectual Property Law.
11 .- Participation in the Contest implies acceptance of these rules.
12 .- The organization of the Competition reserves the right to make decisions not reflected in these rules and resolve any conflict in the interpretation of them.
ALL WORKS SUBMITTED WILL BE EXPOSED IN THE ACT OF WINNING POSTER PRESENTATION
