The Municipal Emergency Services (EMS), San Javier has renewed the seal of quality tourist destination, SICTED, proving the good performance in service delivery, through a careful protocol in that integrates all services offers this municipal service.
The quality seal is obtained on arrival for the second consecutive year, paying special attention to the care offered to the citizen, and takes into account both the maritime rescue services, surveillance and rescue at beaches and pools, SAMUR, the 112 as well as headquarters and offices of Civil Protection.
Security Councilman Jose Manuel Alart said the quality seal "is a national recognition to the service we provide and at the same time is a guarantee not only of quality but of continuous improvement and quality control that includes new commitments to overcome ".
The Municipal Emergency Services of San Javier is one of the two services with a quality seal tourist destination in the Region of Murcia.
This initiative is part of a Plan of Ministry of Tourism through the Department of Culture and Tourism and the Tourist Commonwealth be implemented in the region with the last integral to improving the quality of services in tourism destinations.
