The Governing Council has given its approval to the agreement between the Community and the City of San Javier to develop the Plan to Promote Energy Service Contract (PLAN 2000 ESE) in buildings and facilities belonging to the local entity.
Through this agreement, the Ministry of Universities, Business and Research will promote the realization of actions in municipal facilities in order to study and identify opportunities to increase the efficiency of energy or using renewable energy.
Among specific actions to be developed is the diagnosis and identification of cost saving measures, advising the Consistory and financial support to energy service companies.
Once these actions, the City of San Javier will not only save on energy expenditure, but will be more efficient in their use, contributing to sustainability and environmental quality of life for its citizens.
