The mayor of San Javier, Juan Martinez, accompanied by the Councillor for Culture, Inmaculada García today opened the fourth exhibition of old bikes that can be visited during the weekend, until Sunday at 14:00
tent in the Almansa Park in San Javier.
The exhibition organized by the AMA Motorcycle Club Classic Mar Menor, with the assistance of the City of San Javier, includes a spare parts market, hard to find in the usual circuits, for lovers of these bikes that are older than in most cases 50 years.
The exhibition brings together about 200 motorcycles to which a car has also added half-century.
Both the bikes and cars are exclusive property of some of the 160 partners who have the club.
All vehicles are also exposed thoroughly repaired and running.
The mayor of San Javier, highlighted the value of motorcycles exposed, and the attractiveness of the exhibition for all audiences.
Juan Martinez, thanked also the work of the Club, "because it is so good that there are organizations like yours, so active and socially participative."
