The strong wind yesterday morning marked the development of the Half Marathon in San Javier who managed to finish the 700 532 runners finally went to the local event.
The intense wind hampered the clock improvements sought by many of the runners, while the winner, the Moroccan got Abadel JAAD Llah street circuit cover the 21.07 miles in 1:10:28.
The Councillor for Sports, Carlos Albaladejo and aldermen Inma Grace, Pedro López, José Miguel Luengo were responsible for delivering the medals to the winners of each category.
The second and third place overall went to the Ecuadorian Jefferson Monserrate, and Luis Miguel bracket, respectively.
