Thursday morning I celebrated Ham Cutter Contest organized by the Department of Commerce and the business association "San Javier Open Center" on the occasion of the festivities.

The festival, whose proceeds will go to Caritas of Santiago de la Ribera, is organized by the Asociación Cultural Flamenca "El Cabrero" with the collaboration of the Department of Culture, and will feature performances of flamenco ballet "The Spell" and Ginés artists Myron and Marisol.
