The campaign plays on two concepts as microclimate and happiness that refer to the average temperature of 18 ° from the sun and great presence in the area, and happiness that provides enjoyment, along with other attractions such as water sports, Pedro Alberto Cruz explained .
Pastor Juan Martinez, who attended accompanied by the Councillor of Tourism of San Javier, Antonio Marcelo Martinez, said the timing of this campaign in times of crisis, and concurred with the mayor of Cartagena, Pilar Barreiro, the need of exploiting tourism seasonally adjusted the microclimate for sports.
