The signing of the new contract comes after the end of the January 31, 2012, the previous contract the company signed with Green Cross, which is currently insolvent.
The new contract with West Group Control, will waste 50,613.81 euros and will run for 4 months, "during which time he will continue the administrative process for the award, by competition, the home help service for a period of 2 years, "said the mayor of San Javier.
Pastor Juan Martinez said, "Our efforts have focused from the outset that the service is not paralyzed, that workers could cash their payroll, given the Green Cross, and now they can continue in their jobs" .
Martinez said that after reporting contracts and resolve problems with embargoes hanging over Green Cross, the City could pay overdue salaries to workers although the entry into bankruptcy by the company changed the situation since last November and now should be the administrator who orders the payment thereof.
