The Department of Youth this year brings a new program of carnival in Santiago de la Ribera: a workshop for characterization, especially handy in a place abounding in the carnival and the taste for disguise.

The workshop will be held next week in two days of 4 hours, Monday 20 and Wednesday 22 February at the carnival tent located on the esplanade Barnuevo of Santiago de la Ribera.
