The tourism in San Javier is present today in Turismur 2012, XXI National Tourism and Leisure, which is held in IFEPA, Torre Pacheco, until Sunday April 29.
The Councillor for Tourism, Antonio Martinez Torrecillas, and the mayor of Public Service, and deputy José Miguel Luengo this morning attended the opening of the Hall where they visited the stand to San Javier shares with the rest of the Mar Menor town, accompanied by the Minister Tourism, Pedro Alberto Cruz, the director general of Tourism, Enrique Ujaldón, and representatives of other municipalities.
The stand occupied San Javier, shared with the municipalities of the Mar Menor is presented to the public with two desks and two plasma screens with videos and promotional images.
The regular staff of the offices of Tourism will be responsible for receiving and assisting visitors to the stand, within the fair dedicated to domestic tourism in San Javier which will release the tourism and leisure, marine, sporting, cultural, health and gastronomy.
The Councillor for Tourism, Antonio Martinez Torrecillas highlighted the importance of going to such shows, "because now is when we put all our effort and energy to encourage and promote our tourism."
Torrecillas Martinez added that while "it is intended to influence an offer that goes beyond the summer season, and also be attractive to the rest of the year."
The mayor of San Javier Tourism indicated that leads to the Fair, the supply of entrepreneurs, summer festivals and water sports, among many other attractions in our town.
The Fair will be open from Friday 27 to Sunday 29, open between 10:30 h.
to 20:30 h.
