In relation to the information appearing on a penalty decree addressed to Councillor of Police, the mayor of San Javier wants to make clear the following:
The decree referring to the information published does not impose any penalty or fine, so it is not telling the truth when it comes to who has sanctioned the mayor.
I agree that this Decree is to start following files complaints against Councilman Police and appoint an instructor, and give audience so you can express everything about it deems appropriate.

Background
The facts giving rise to the complaint, made entirely of local police officers of San Javier, refer to the night of the Three Kings parade of 2011, when none of the local police officers showed that night service in the barracks.
In order to ensure the Three Kings parade, requested police assistance to the Government Office to ensure the safety of road closures and traffic, and the public, and urgently required the collaboration of Civil Defence volunteers to who joined the council itself, who collaborated on foot, in coordination tasks, following the march in the parade.
At one point the parade, in the town of Santiago de la Ribera, Councilman Police at the request of police officer, went for a few minutes, a police car ride opened to remove a few meters, so who communicated through a mobile phone to coordinate with the tail of the parade.
