The mayor of San Javier Juan Martínez and the Councillor for Youth, Estíbaliz Masegosa today praised the work done by the Local Youth Council in the town during the signing of a cooperation agreement between the two institutions is recognized by the Council , which was represented by its chairman, Facundo Sánchez, "as a partner in juvenile optimal".
The Local Youth Council that integrates 14 youth associations in the municipality advise the Department of Youth as it relates to the youth movement.
The Council's work includes the development of youth associations and the organization of activities throughout the year, such as summer school so that pioneer free held last summer at the beach in Santiago de la Ribera, Masegosa Estíbaliz recalled.
Municipal support takes the form of a transfer of a home to meet the demands of young people and the contribution of 8,000 euros for 2012.
Facundo Sanchez thanked municipal support reported that the Council will continue to work on promoting and counseling the youth associations, in a new edition of the Summer School and in the camps and labor camps are organized every year, courses kitchen and youth empowerment, and workshops.
