To heat engines, the committee responsible for organizing parades this festive event so ingrained in the Mar Menor, has made public the bases that make up the poster contest for 2013.
Riparian Comparsas already preparing their carnival celebrate number 25 waiting in style and so want to have included in the poster titled classic priority altered by advertising this famous silver wedding certifying their consolodación as one of the best carnivals in the region and the Levant.
The grant award will be 300 euros in cash, the art will be free and the maximum time period runs until Tuesday 11 December.

CONTEST FOR ELECTION
SANTIAGO POSTER CARNIVAL OF THE BANK 2013
BASES
1. - PARTICIPANTS: Open to all who want it.
2. - SIZE: Papers will be presented on card and measures shall be 50 cm.
X 35 cm.
3. - TECHNICAL: Free.
4. - The posters must bear the following label: "2013-25 ANNIVERSARY CARNIVAL OF SANTIAGO de la Ribera" (NOTE CHANGE OF TITLE previous editions)
5. - PRESENTATION OF WORK: The Office of Tourism of Santiago de la Ribera, located in the Social Club Prince of Asturias.
The last day of deadline for submission is Tuesday, December 11, 2012 until 13:00 h noon, the works that are sent by mail will not enter the contest if you are received subsequent to the time and date set.
They may submit a maximum of two pictures per participant.

6. - IDENTIFICATION: Originals submit unsigned and sealed in a separate envelope adding the author's name and its data, numerándose in the Office of Tourism, delivery, envelope, drawing, and communicating the participant number that is competing with.
7. - JURY: The jury will be composed of the Carnival Committee and other persons designated by it, because of its relationship or sponsorship.
8. - AWARD: The award will consist of three hundred Euros (€ 300) in cash.
9. - The jury's decision is final.
10. - The winning work will become the property of the organization.
Such property includes all rights inherent to self-reproduction, distribution and transmission as appropriate, taking into account the Intellectual Property Law.
11. - Participation in the competition implies acceptance of these rules.
12. - The competition organizers reserve the right to make decisions that are not reflected in these rules and resolve any conflict in the interpretation thereof.
13. - Posters participants that are designed in digital format, the design must attach a CD to be inserted in the envelope with the participant's data
All submitted works will be exhibited at the presentation ceremony of the winning poster, and will be available to the organization for any subsequent exposure.
