The commission Carnival parades Santiago de la Ribera is revving up for its 25th anniversary with the announcement of a competition for Carnival 2013 whose bases are available on the website of the commission www.carnavaldelaribera.es

The requirements to collect the contest is the label which shall appear: "2013-25 Anniversary Carnival in Santiago de la Ribera".

The deadline for submission of papers on cardboard 50x35cm., Will be on 11 December, and the place of delivery the Tourist Office of Santiago de la Ribera.

The technique is free and each participant may submit up to 2 entries.

The winning designer will receive a prize of 300 euros, in addition to publication as an image of Carnival.
