Environment Councillor Celia Martinez, accompanied by the association president Abraham Project, Rafael Sanchez, and Secretary of the same, María José Chumillas presented this morning at school Fulgencio Ruiz, Santiago de la Ribera school collection campaign toy to be held in all schools of the municipality until 21 December.
The campaign conducted jointly by the second consecutive year the Department of Environment and association Abraham Project, which is dedicated to the collection and recycling of clothes, shoes and toys, aims to educate children about recycling of toys and let them see that "the toys they no longer play can have a second life and make others happy children who can not have them."
The campaign began at school today "Fulgencio Ruiz" where an instructor of Abraham Project has hosted various primary groups to present the initiative.
Throughout the week will be repeated in all schools in the municipality where you installed a container so that children and families can deposit toys until Dec. 21.
The toys collected will be graded and returned to the circulation through donations and a social program that employs people derived from Social Services in stores trace affordable for people without resources, explained José María Chumillas, secretary of Abraham Project .
