A group of nine restaurants and bars of San Javier have come together to form the association of hoteliers del Mar Menor, San Javier Hostemar, in order to promote "our institutions and the world of the local cuisine," announced its president, Mary Egea Angeles this morning at the launch of the Association.
The presentation of this association is defined with a future and intends to add hoteliers around the town, took place at the San Javier Town Hall and was attended by the Councillor for Commerce, Pedro Lopez, who showed their support for the initiative, and two representatives of the association, José Muñoz, and Pedro Juan Vera.
Hostemar will be released to the public tomorrow, Thursday, March 21 from 20:00 h.
with a bar in the Plaza of Spain where they serve tapas and drink for 2 euros, and drinks or cocktails for 3 euros.
The new partnership plans and other initiatives such as conducting paths to cover seasonal products and recipes of each season, explained its president.
Maria Angeles Egea, highlighted the attractions of the town and the region "whose dissemination can contribute from the hotel with an attractive offer" to what actions will also perform on the street, working with parties and popular activities, through a joint presence associated.
The Councillor of Commerce, Pedro Lopez congratulated the founders of this initiative, which has the support of his department, and which predicted a great success.
Hostemar, born in a modest way, hopes to continue growing establishments adding the rest of the town, and even in the region, said Maria Angeles Egea also has among his future plans to go to provide technical and legal support to members.
The founding institutions are the restaurants Hostemar Urreas, The Palace, Cover Almería, Ababuj, Parque Almansa, cafes and XXI Century Cycles Pub, Cafe Il Trovatore, and La Boutique del Jamon.
