The city council of San Javier San Javier adopted today unanimously an ordinance to regulate the disciplinary procedure of the City, a legal tool that unifies the implementation of all existing ordinances that will allow, among other things, avoid prescribing of disciplinary proceedings.
Councilwoman Recruitment and Sanctions, Aurora Lopez said the new ordinance extends to six months the expiration of all disciplinary proceedings hitherto fixed at 1 month in many cases, under the rules than he had to resort to lack ordinance as passed today.
The expiration of one month caused that records for minor offenses, such as closing night time, before concluding caducasen due to lack of material time had been completed regulatory administrative proceedings.
The mayor explained that another novelty introduced by the new ordinance is a discount of 30 percent for recognition and prompt payment of the penalty.
Aurora Lopez also added that the amounts have been unified to the penalties provided in any bylaw, which will be up to 750 euros for minor offenses, from 751-1500 for serious offenses, and from 1501 to 3000 euros for infringements classified as very serious .
Also, additional provisions have enabled text adapted to the new rules and update several previous bylaws to new municipal regulations, Lopez said she remembered that the ordinance adopted by the plenary, facilitates and streamlines the administrative procedure for the enforcement of all ordinances municipal and provides greater legal certainty.
