The mayor of San Javier, Juan Martinez welcomed this morning to higher centers of San Javier, Cotillas Towers and Arganil Portuguese village, on the esplanade Barnuevo of Santiago de la Ribera where they began an intense day in San Javier within the European exchange program held to mark the European Year of Active Ageing and Solidarity between Generations.
Accompanied by the Councillor for Sports, Carlos Albaladejo and mayor of Social Services, Francisco Naranjo, who shared with higher all day, Juan Martinez wished them a pleasant stay in San Javier, where in addition to sports and musical activities in the morning , enjoyed a boat ride on the Mar Menor.
The Mayor congratulated all the participants who welcomed and thanked district collaboration of students and students of upper in Sports and Physical Activities Animation, IES "Mar Menor" which prepared a circuit with different activities for they were passing over, and they took care of energizing the act that ended with a macrobaile in beachside esplanade Barnuevo.

The more than 200 participants from senior centers in San Javier, Torres Cotillas and Arganil, Portugal participating in a European exchange program, which has brought the Portuguese partners to Cotillas Towers, center promoter of this exchange in which San Javier is also involved previously twinned with Las Torres.
