Collecting lovers have an appointment next weekend in San Javier on the occasion of the "Collection Expo San Javier 2013" organized by the Department of Culture, with the participation of about thirty collectors throughout the Region of Murcia with a wide range of collections ranging from classic coins and stamps, to Lepanto tapes, which are the tapes with the name of the ship carrying sailors on their caps.
The councilman of Culture, Inmaculada Garcia and the event organizer, Fernando Sastre presented this morning the exhibition opened on Saturday 8 and Sunday 9 June 10:00 to 14:00 h.

Inmaculada Garcia explained that it is an activity for the whole family as there are very varied collections, for all ages and tastes.
Antique toys, lead figures, witches and goblins, comics, manga, video games, Dragonball, shared hallway with other more conventional collections of stamps, coins, trains, planes, sticks, pins and photographs.
Also you can admire hundreds of wine labels, diving in mining documents, or travel the world through a collection of advertising pens.
Fernando Sastre, a resident of San Javier and author of an impressive collection of over 8,000 advertising pens, formally launched in 2003, is the organizer of this event you expect to receive thousands of visits throughout the weekend.
Sastre explained that most of the participants are collectors, with the sole purpose of showing the public their "treasures", but there will be a booth for exchange and sale.
Fernando Sastre, who never bought a piece of his collection "because it would have less value" if you've exchanged some repeated with collectors from all over the world.
The exhibition will take about 600 specimens representing 8,000 permanently exposed in the garage of his home.
Though it difficult to distinguish one piece from the rest, according to a pencil, 1920, with copper cap, announcing a drug, as one of the highlights of his collection.
