The theater group "San Javier" triumphed at the XIII National Theatre Competition "José Baeza cry out" of La Union where he became a good part of the honors to get 3 awards, a diploma and a nomination for the work "white Melisande" , Leonor Benitez.
The actor Manuel Galiana presided over the awards ceremony in which the theater group San Javier won the "Award for Best Supporting Actor and diploma" for Valentine Sanchez Cegarra; "Award for Best Supporting Actress and diploma" to M ª Angeles Martínez Zapata, "Best Director" for Leonor Benitez "Diploma for Best Director" for Leonor Benitez, and "the first actress nomination" for Judith Arteaga Olmos.
The Old Public Market of La Union was the scene of the event, aimed at non-professional companies, involving other 3 groups of Achena, Cartagena and La Union.
The San Javier theater group acted on May 12, the first day of the event that ended with the awards ceremony on Saturday May 15.
