Groups of Scouts from different parts of the Murcia Region met on 29 and 30 June in Santiago de la Ribera where they held a camp in the pine forest of San Blas, attended by 120 scouts aged between 7 and 17 years.
The regional meeting, which is part of the celebration of the centenary of Scouting in the region, included a intersculta, games and tests that involved kids between 14 and 17 years.
The group of Scouts of San Javier, who chairs Conesa Gines was the host organizing the regional meeting, with the collaboration of the Department of Youth.
Its owner, the mayor visited the camp Masegosa Estíbaliz during the awards ceremony of the tests that had been performed, with the president of the Federation of Scouts of the Region of Murcia, Jose Antonio Nieto.
The camp was a success and the kids also enjoyed the beach of Santiago de la Ribera where sports were tested.
