The Guardia Civil of the Region of Murcia has developed over the past few weeks the operation called "Little II" directed to the clarification of a number of offenses of robbery with violence and intimidation in an entertainment area of ​​La Manga and has resulted in the breaking of a boy band composed of seven people and settled in La Union.
So far, researchers have elucidated a dozen serious crimes considered as robbery with violence and intimidation, as well as receiving and criminal group membership.
The Meritorious began investigating in early summer when they detected the presence of a criminal group composed of young people between 15 and 25 who, presumably, could be after committing a series of robberies in the city: The Manga called Souk Alcazaba.
Investigated thefts were committed at weekends and during the night, taking advantage of the increasing influx of people.
The members of this group were involved in altercations and assaulted other young people who crossed his path to take away all personal effects carried in that instant, as cash, documents and mobile phones.
In their performances employing considerable aggression against victims until they did with their "loot", for which they were beaten and jostled and kicked.
In some cases, as victims and witnesses, came to use weapons to intimidate, a circumstance that had caused alarm among the population.
