The course "Education of emotions through stories", organized by the International University Mar-Campus Mare Nostrum will try to understand how to convey emotions with stories, analyzing them in light of disciplines such as psychology or pedagogy.
It will be held at the Faculty of Sport Sciences San Javier from 9 to 12 September.
According to its makers, "If the stories were mere entertainment, they would have disappeared long ago. Halfway through digital society and information, children and adults are still vibrating through them."
The course aims to teach how to use the stories as a tool for human emotions, spread the origin of the stories, as well as therapeutic and educational approaches, and try to ensure that their students acquire basic resources to tell a story adapted to the different levels and situations, and know these stories for use as needed, managing their symbolic language and its therapeutic and educational.
The activity has a duration of 25 hours, students will be entitled to 2.5 free credits.
