The mayor of San Javier, Juan Martinez and President of the Association Mar Menor North Red Cross, Fernando Carrasco renewal this morning signed a collaboration agreement between the two institutions through which the City provides 5,000 euros a regional grouping of this humanitarian organization.
North Red Cross undertakes Mar Menor, meanwhile, to continue his public service work, in performances as prevention services at public events, training services, and social participation through volunteering, among others.
Juan Martinez said the great work of Red Cross and historic collaboration between the two institutions through the agreement to be renewed for years.
Martinez emphasized the voluntary and the public interest in this non-profit institution.
Meanwhile, its president, Fernando Carrasco said Red Cross capacity to allow young people to live volunteering, and after thanking the support of the City of San Javier, pledged to continue working in Red Cross service to all citizens.
