The Project, which collaborates Obra Social La Caixa and Caixa Office for this city, aims to bring the School Mediation Centres to all of the Mar Menor the Shire for the children of these centers are very young learn resolve disputes and whether they own mediators in conflicts that may arise.
Mediation is a way of resolving disputes between two or more people with the help of an impartial third person, the mediator.
Mediators are not judges or arbitrators participating in a voluntary process where solutions are imposed or not say which of them is telling the truth.
What mediation is intended to meet the needs of the conflicting parties, by regulating the communication process and driving it through a few simple steps that, if the parties cooperate voluntarily, it is possible to reach a solution to the conflict in which everybody wins evenly or at least both parties are satisfied.
The Social Educator and Mediatrix Celia Martínez, Director of the Center Villamaría Day San Javier, told us the importance of making use of mediation to resolve conflicts within the family itself or in cases of divorce or family dispute since these mediations have a high rate of solution.
From EducoYa want to thank the / as tutors / CEIP as Fulgencio Ruiz particular concern and interest shown in student learning / as at the Centre.
