The City of San Javier 2013 accounts closed with a surplus of € 5,785,000, which represents an increase of 3.6 million euros compared with a surplus of 2012 amounted to € 2,165,000, as reported the Mayor San Javier, Juan Martínez municipal city that took account of the settlement of the City Council last year's budget.

Martinez added that "with balanced accounts, and payments to suppliers daily, the City of San Javier is in a good position to face a period of economic recovery involving the final out of the crisis."
The City of San Javier in 2012 asked the provider payment plan launched by the Government of Spain which allowed an update on provider payment without it being necessary to resort to new plans.
The City Council lowered the payment period to suppliers in 2013 finishing the year with an average of 24 days, down from 30 days established by the legislation, said the Mayor.
In the same session he realized the annual monitoring report Economic Adjustment Plan prepared by the municipal intervention, in addition to not see deviations included reducing spending.
