The Community amending legislation to integrate the "City of Air" in urban planning from San Javier (16/05/2014)

The Cabinet has approved the amendment of the urban rules of military aviation colony 'Ruiz de Alda', known as 'City of Air', to integrate this military zone management in Santiago de la Ribera in San Javier .

This change, which affects 376,082 square meters and carries no increase in floor area, will improve and modernize an area that is degraded by the passage of time, increasing the green areas and public spaces that will benefit the residents of San Javier.

This initiative benefits 471 households, residing in approximately 1,200 residents of the municipality.
