The mayor of San Javier, Juan Martinez, the Councillor for Education, Catalina Perez and Vice Chancellor for Strategic Development and Training of the UMU, Fernando Martin presented this morning in the city of San Javier courses del Mar International University held on summer in the town of San Javier.
The courses will be held in San Javier, which were presented by their directors, are "The education of the emotions through stories," which will be held from 8 to 12 September;
"Dating on Cultural Heritage in the Mediterranean-Research Methodology-reflection.", From 14 to 16 July;
"International Course on High Performance Basketball" from 18 to 20 July, and the new addition, also related to the sport, "Career. Technologists in the field of sport football Application" from 22 to 24 July.
The mayor of San Javier, Juan Martínez recalled that San Javier was one of the first headquarters of the International University of the Sea, "which contributes so much to the opening of the University to society."
Martinez recalled that the academic component adds playful as San Javier has much to offer during the summer, with its festivals.
The Mayor reiterated the city will continue to work closely with the University of Murcia, which is already part of the house the Campus Sports.
He also referred to the close collaboration between both institutions the Vice Chancellor Fernando Martin, currently serving, who took the opportunity to say goodbye to be his last public act.

José Margineda director of the International Course on High Performance Basketball noted that the success of last year, with 130 students, which makes this course addresses the working methods of professional basketball in high repetition, and forward presence as Coaches ranked the top two teams in the Spanish league.
The course on Cultural Heritage repeats even seen advances over the past year to address the methodology of intervention in Equity, explained one of their directors, Juan Carlos Molina, who ventured a first level course with the presence of national benchmarks and international in the field as Javier Rivera, and Inmaculada Aguilar, among others.
Finally, Juan Antonio Valverde recalled that from 8 to 12 September, will discuss the stories as a tool for education in the management of emotions.
