The mayor of San Javier, Juan Martínez and director Colonel AGA, Emilio Gracia on Saturday presided over the ceremony of diplomas citizens sworn flag at the ceremony held last year to mark the 125th Anniversary of Santiago de the Bank, organized by the City of San Javier and the General Air Academy.
About 80 people of the 250 who swore allegiance to the flag came to receive their official recognition in a ceremony in which Col. Emilio Gracia took the opportunity to say goodbye after publicly announcing his next over as head of the General Air Academy by Colonel Juan Pablo Sánchez de Lara.
The mayor of San Javier, Juan Martinez and Colonel Emilio Gracia both highlighted the significance of the swearing-in ceremony proving the Air Force, as a commitment to representing the flag of Spain.
They also exchanged mutual gratitude for the continued close collaboration that the institutions they both represent.
