The mayor of San Javier, Juan Martinez and several members of the government team yesterday supported twinning centers over San Javier and Cotillas Tower, held in the framework of the cultural festival organized June in central Older San Javier.
Major centers of San Javier Torres Cotillas and maintaining a special relationship has long been sealed yesterday twinning with a day that began with a promenade on the ferry to La Manga, and a convivial meal at the Civic Center "Prince of Asturias", Santiago de la Ribera.
During the meal, the mayor, Juan Martinez gave the director of the Senior Center Towers Cotillas, Antonio Davalos, and club president, High Bathrooms, a commemorative gift.
Juan Martinez welcomed all those present and congratulated by twinning which predicted a great success.
The Senior Center San Javier celebrated during June its "Party Culture" with an extensive program of activities that started earlier this month and will prolong until 25 with lectures, workshops, exhibitions, performances, intergenerational conference, and days of cohabitation.
