Councillor Volunteer, Cati Pérez and Technique Department of Volunteering and Time Bank, Natalia Conesa, presented this morning in the city of San Javier IV Training Course for associations included in the draft of Hotel Associations, which will be held on 25 and 26 June, 19 to 22:00.

The course is divided into two modules, one per day, which will be addressed first legal, fiscal and economic aspects of partnerships, given by the president of the association Murcia Answer.

In the second module issues relating to the promotion of the association, membership recruitment, finding sponsors, and financial resources, and public communication, taught by a representative from the Set as the Region de Murcia will be discussed.

Conesa Natalia explained that the theme of the courses offered each year within the project Hotel Association, is designed based on the questions and issues raised by their own associations housed in the "Hotel".

The mayor of Volunteerism, Cati Pérez stressed that the Hotel Association currently houses 70 different groups that benefit the administrative support provided by the Department with physical spaces, lockers, computer facilities with internet connection, and a common web page .

The Hotel Association, also provides advice and support to the associations when making their entry in the Register and join the Time Bank project whose support is crucial for those associations that do not have sufficient resources to enable them to develop their activity, said the mayor.

The course is intended primarily to registered partnerships in the Hotel Associations which are already in operation.

The deadline for entries is tomorrow, Tuesday June 24 at 14 pm.
