Agents of San Javier Local Police yesterday arrested Wednesday, July 23, at 16:00 h to a 40 year-old from Torre Pacheco, on the road, RM-F35 between San Javier and Roda for an offense against traffic safety, after being caught throwing rocks at the said road which caused damage to at least two vehicles.
The detainee, who was a cocky and obscene attitude at the time of being intercepted expressed himself, to agents yesterday was also arrested for the same reason, after he was caught throwing stones on road Torre Pacheco.
The incident occurred around 15:00 h.
when patrol officers received a call from CECOPAL in which warned that a young, shirtless, was throwing stones at the track.
When the agent was visited in the road found a lot of stones on both lanes, so they began to withdraw, warning the service road maintenance and Traffic Police, since it is a toll road.
On the same road, the officers found, first to a driver who had to stop the car, with damage to the underside of the engine caused by a stone in the lane, and then another which also suffered damage to the motor vehicle unable to dodge the stones of the road, as he told the officers.
Finally located the individual, at mile 4.3, still they threw stones on the road.
The agents proceeded to the identification and arrest in criminal acts against traffic safety.
The detainee, who dropped his pants to the agents, said he had just come out of the barracks of the Civil Guard after being arrested for the same offenses in Torre Pacheco.
The detainee was assisted in a health center and transferred to the offices of the Civil Guard.
